Who's used the Express Pass Booklets?

Could anyone advise that has used these that you purchase for like $15 apiece? I cannot find anything on: www.universalorlando.com about these. I'm trying to find out the following:

1. The exact price
2. How to order
3. Other people's experiences with them...worth it?
4. We're going the first week of Oct 04
