I tried to do it yesterday, but sincce I booked my vacation more then 14 days ago it I cant do it, well I could cancell and rebook but I would loose my insurence so not really worth it, ahh well was worth a try.

I would try again. Hopefully you will get a wonderful CM. As I too have had my reservation for well over 14 days!

I was told I couldn't do it with the family suite at All Star Music.

I called the 877 number and it was answered within 5 minutes!

Did you already have a package booked with the family suite?

I had a MYW + Dine booked, in a Family Suite, and was able to apply the code to get the free PHWPM.

I am on hold right now with a CM that is insistant that this code is for Visa holders only. She says "those people who go to those other sites are trying to dupe the system.

Lets just say that I asked for a Manager to speak with. I will let you know.

I actually had them try to tell me that it was for Visa card holders only too. But when she came back after she talked with her manager she told me it was for the public, but that the rooms were all gone for the location I wanted. I've tried twice and got the same answer. From what It looks like, the computers don't tell them its not available, it just makes it seem like your putting in the wrong code, or that it doesn't apply to you. (hope that makes sense). Anyway, both cm's were very nice, and after explaining to them that the code should be valid, they checked with their manager and was told that it just wasn't available. hope that helps.

I got it also!

I had to switch from POP to ASM but it was worth the discount plus we got a preferred room.

Our first trip is looking great!

I got my discount going through the website. I just kept checking every day until I got lucky. Good luck to everyone else!
