if you have a 2nd phone line call the 800 #, it only took me 10 mins....

Some of us have passes with leftover days from previous trips. first trip to MK! He'll be 9 months old- the same age as my other sons where when they went-very little fear and old enough to really smile/hug Pooh/characters for the cameras.

I had DH calling while I was getting DD off to school. He finally got someone after a 56 minute hold only to be disconnected. We tried a different phone and the next wait was only 10 minutes. We used the 800 # both tries. This is what we got:
We do have to put down a $400 deposit this time though. For some reason, last year we were only asked for a $200 one for the same exact scenario but at ASMovies. DH also put in our requests and because of the baby and my Dad being sick in the last year, they are able to put non-smoking as a guarantee. Our requests this trip are upper floor and in the 50's section, hopefully overlooking the pool or lake.
