Who's going to WL week of 12/8?

And here I thought I was the only crazy one!!

We planned our wedding for December 1st (hoping our guest will trudge through the snow) so we could honeymoon at the World during the Christmas festivities..... This will be our first trip ever to the East coast.

So make sure to say hello..

You can't miss us we will be the 30 something kids with the Wedding Ears (he promised to wear them,,Hehehhe) and LGR's at WL Dec 11-18th

Hey Tantor ... I'm from Stratford and will also be at the WL and on the Wonder (but the four-day starting on the 8th). Maybe we'll run into eachother on the 7th, when we're there at the same time.

I will keep a look out for the LGR. We won't be there till about 2 or 3ish. I am a tall blond with a daughter who looks very much like me (see www below)

Nice to see that some Canadians are spending there money at WDW even though it's costing us an arm and a leg!!!

Your daughter is sweet! I will definitely keep an eye out for you two ... I guess you'll also be boarding the boat the day we get off!

I have shoulder-length brown hair with a daughter who also looks like me...no pics though, unfortunately.

If we don't run into eachother, have a great time! I'm not going to think about how much this is costing us...leave that to DH!

Just wondering if anybody has heard anything about the national cheerleading competition that I heard was taking place at WDW Wide Wold of Sports the week of Dec. 8th.......Heard rumors that WDW is totally booked that week. Can anyone conirm??

Yep, you heard right. The National Cheerleading competition and Pop Warner Baseball National Championship are taking place that week. From what I understand, most of them will be at the AS resorts. The competitions run during the day at the Wide World of Sports complex. The competitions are held in December at WDW every year, and the parks still have low attendence during those times. Even though the hotels are all booked up, a lot of that probably has more to do with CBR and SOG being closed for renovations, since that eliminates about 3,000 rooms.

Thank goodness their busy during the day (now I mean that in a nice way!) I just could not imagine all these cheerleaders running around ( And yes , I WAS a cheerleader and knows what they are like!)
I'm still glad it's not so busy in the parks!!!

Count us (DH, DD, 4 and myself) in! We will be there Dec 10-18!!!!!! First time at the lodge and so excited that I can't stand it! I'll get my LGR soon.

Poohbearmom - maybe we'll see you at the LTT for dinner before the party on the 12th. What time are your ressies?? We have ressies at 6:00.

Iv'e never actually eaten at LTT, but I have heard some good things about it and it's a character meal, so I figured we would try it. If you want to go, be sure to call for PS...I had a hard time getting ours...and if you do, let us know what time you'll be there!
