Who's going to mnsshp?

Any cabin-ers and tenters going to mnsshp this October? Are you taking the ferry over? We're going Friday, Oct. 8, with 5:15 p.m. ps's at LTT. Staying 4 nights at FW cabin., our second cabin visit this year!

CampingCorgi, I think I remember youll be at FW around then!

We'll be going. We arrive 10/31 (RV) and guys will stay to setup camp (actually that is their excuse only takes about 20 minutes to setup) and girls will go to mnsshp. Yes, we plan on taking the ferry.

We'll be staying in the cabins 10/15-10/23 and will be attending the Mnsshp on Sunday 10/17.

We'll be visiting WDW October 27- November 11 this year & will be at MNSSHP on October 29th! I can't wait!

This will be our first trip with our own 5th wheel camper (I always stayed with my parents at FW). We are really excited. I love FW and love going around Halloween...its always a blast!!!

That's really cool! I'm really looking forward to seeing what FW is like in October -- never been at that time myself!

We will be going, but not sure what date yet. We will be there Oct. 23-31. Can't wait Halloween is so much fun at Disney and FW.

we are going Oct 20th. (wed) we have to pick up our tickets at will call. Is this a good idea? Or should I call back and have them mailed to our home.. This will be our first visit for the not so scary halloween party. our children are 13 and 4. We are camping w TT .

This is our first time to go in Oct. Looking forward to warmer weather as we usually go in Jan or Feb.

Trish, I've never been to mnsshp but I'd think will-call should be fine unless you're the type of person who prefers to have everything "in hand." I guess having them mailed would take one thing off your WDW "to-do" list but it's also nice to have things held and saved for you by someone else! I have ours in a safe place with our park-hoppers but it would probably be all the same if I were to be picking them up at will-call.

Hi Tom, us too with the winter thing-- we last went end of January with fabulously low crowds but I can't wait to see the place in Oct. for the first time --

Crowds in mid-October thru mid-November are definitly a fair bit heavier then in January b/c of the Halloween festivities (partly), and b/c of the Food and Wine Festival (mostly) at Epcot. We are staying over at VWL and are going to take the boat over for MNSSHP on the 3rd of October. Sundays are alot less crowded then Fridays, and the beginning of the month less crowded in general then the end of the month. We are going at this time so we can celebrate the boys' b-days, 3 and 5 years on the 1st and 6th, respectively. Can't wait!

We are also going to MNSSHP on the 29th!! We are staying in 3 cabins at FW ~ just the 28th and 29th!!
