Who's going to first SW Weekend on May 20th?

We are going the first weekend, and went the first weekend last year.

I was explaining it to a co-worker. She asked what the events are.

"There are stormtroopers on the roof of the entry building when you get there." I explained.

"And..."

"There's some other stuff, but that's really enough for me."

That's so funny, because when I'm describing how cool SWWs are, the stormtroopers on the roof thing is what I use!

LOL I am so glad to see others mentioning the STORMTROOPERS!! I'm such a dork but I just love them. Now I collect them.

LOL I can't wait to see them either!! Last time I saw them was in 2000 on Mother's Day. I keep trying to get hubby to buy a costume of his own but he hasn't.

We will be there.I am going on the 21st for DH.I dont care about SW but he likes it so I will be there.This will be our 3rd year and he really enjoys it every year.
People are crazy though.I am little and they nearly trmple me and I have to go swingng and pushing people to keep from getting run over.That is not what I consider fun,The things you do for your DH .

I'll be there in my Thank You George t-shirt (www.thankyougeorge.com) So if you see me and my DH & DS4 give us a wave. I plan on being there the Friday...early! Pretty excited to see the CM's in character. Boba Fett and Chewbacca would be awesome!

I too have to wait until I get back from vacation to see Episode III, with a PG13, it's not really one for my DS4. My husband said I could go see it at DTD, but I really want to see it with him.

Our family will be down there the first weekend. We are not huge SW fans ---but we really like it, grew up with it, but just not fanatical...

We were already planning on going to MGM on Sunday the 22nd when we arrive before we realized about SW weekend. Will it be absolutely crazy? We have 4 kids ranging from 11 to 2. They want to see the Stormtroopers on the roof!!! I also noticed MGM had EMH that night so my DH just wants to go at night. Will there still be neat stuff to see or do we really need to go in the daytime to see the characters, etc. Thanks for any insight!!
