I know a couple people have mentioned it - I thought I'd post this since registration opens this Wednesday.

I'm going up Friday and Saturday and staying with relatives Friday night so I won't be doing the crops. I haven't 100% decided on my classes yet but I know I want to take at least 2 from Little Black Dress Designs (since that was my favorite last year) and the wall hanging looks interesting. I also got shut out of the Disney board book last year so maybe I'll do that this year.

I'm going to try a different approach this time. Last year I left myself way too much time for shopping - I spent WAY too much and half the stuff I bought is still sitting on my shelf unused. I just got caught up in the shopping frenzy! This year I'm going heavy on the classes and only leaving myself a couple blocks for shopping. Or if I have extra down time I am bringing a book and sitting in the lobby and reading! I don't need to shop till I drop!

I really want to go too. I didn't realize that registration was so soon. I guess I need to decide. I'll let you know what I pick!

We're going to Friday and Saturday night crops, and plan to check out new products at the Vendor Faire, do some make & takes. We'll probably take a fixed amount of cash to limit spending -- it seems to be the only thing that works!!!

I'll be going on Friday. Haven't decided on my classes, yet. I'll probably only take 2. Last year I took 4 classes and it was too rushed with trying to shop, too.

I wish I was going. I went the first year, I think. 2005? or maybe it was 2004? It was fun! Didn't know anyone, but met a group of ladies through the CK boards and we did a swap. I made nametags for everyone. It was a lot of fun! Beautiful up there. Ya'll have a blast!

I'm still trying to decide about this year. I'll be about 38 weeks preggo and the idea of long car drives and lots of walking might not be too appealing then. Right now, it still sounds good. I hate the idea of missing out on this.

At 38 weeks, your doctor is going to flip out if you take long car drives, away from the hospital. Besides, you'll be in full blown nesting and probably take it into your head to wash the kitchen floor with a sponge, on your hands and knees. That's what happened with my youngest. Good thing digital wasn't so popular then. :rotfl:

Just registered...I will volunteer Friday and go to classes on Saturday. I picked:

A thing or two about boys (9:50-10:50)

My sweet little boy (1:50-2:50)

Up to date and Magnectic (3:10-4:10)

My mom and I were going to stay but we just lost our part-time job so we will travel there both days. It's only about 1 hr or so (from Rochester, NH)

I think I'm going to volunteer on saturday and maybe take a class - but I'm not sure which one yet. It's also hard to think that far in advance at this point. We're in the process of buying our first home and May seems SO far away right now. :-)

ETA: wow ... a lot of the classes I'd want to go to are already booked. Looks like I'm just going to volunteer!
