Hey everyone... any DIS meets Sept. 20-25? We are staying at POR.... (I can't wait, I'm giddy with anticipation ) I looked at DH the other day and I said, boy I really need a Disney fix, he just looked at me like I had grown another head. He likes Disney but not like I do!!!!!!
Tell me, is there anything more magical than walking down Main Street your first day there? I feel like, man I'm home.

I love walking down main street the first morning! this trip we are going to CRT our first day, so we'll be in early. I'm so excited! We've never done CRT so it will be very special!

I'm stewing about which resort to pick if they offer a bounceback while we're there. I am trying to branch out and try new resorts... the WL is looking nice, but I'm such a CBR fan...maybe we'll fall in love with the BWV. Oh the choices!

Wow your lucky, some day after the kids are out of college I got to get home to POR (me and DW still call the place Dixie). I have many of the same pictures on my computer that j-jhall has taken, just a beautiful place to walk around. We may try for next year our son just graduated this May so only one to go. In the mean time POP is for us last week in Sept. the 50's area, but 1 or 2 trips to POR for breakfast. Have fun

Thanks for the great photos!!! This will be our 5th stay at POR.....We love it there......We havent stayed there since they changed the food court.....
My plan is to retire in 10 years, move to Florida and drive the pontoon boats from POR to DTD !!!
