Panic mode is starting to set in. So much to do and so little time. Our last full fledged WDW trip was 6 years ago this week so A LOT has changed. This trip will include our almost 4 year old daughter. I have subscribed to Tourguide Mike's service as well as Touring Plans in addition to the few books that I have read. How in the world am I going to tie everything together?? I don't want to have every moment scheduled but I also want to be sure we see the most we can with the least amount of waiting and backtracking.

Boy its HOT out here!!

May October be cool and breezy!! :goodvibes

What do you think about TGM? I subscribed to his service. I'm not thrilled. It's alright, especially if you didn't know anything. But after reading all the books and spending time here, I didn't get anything big out of it.

First and formost when you get there, relax! It is vacation after all. The only piece of advice I can offer is to keep your spouse updated on all the information you are learning (even if you don't think he is listening) and continue to learn more. It will all come together while you are there. It might never be perfect, but you can always pray for specail magical moments. Some of our best moments happened by accident.

Something to remember about the touring plans is that everyone has to "buy" into it or you'll have problems.

Have a great trip!

I know what you mean, and his followers are so passionate, I think its so they dont feel foolish for being the only ones!! (dont tell anyone I said that - they'll come after me with an ax!!) Everybody gets to decide how to do Disney and if TGM is your thing, go ahead, I wont stop you!! :wizard:

It's hard to say what I think because I spend so much time bouncing from one information source to another ... I don't know that I've gotten anything outstanding from it but like all sources .. he has a wealth of information available.

Unfortunately my traveling companions (DH, MIL and DD) are really not into the "planning" and told me to just lead the way. I'm the Disney fanatic so that didn't surprise me. I think MIL is going to be blown away by the amount of ground and stuff we have to explore while we are there. She is only 50 so I'm not worried about her keeping up ... This will be a first time trip for her as well as for our DD.

78 days left for us! Arriving in Kissimmee on 10/28 and staying 10/29 thru 11/4 at POFQ. We're going to MNSSHP for the first time on 10/30, and I'm at least as excited about it as the kids!

I need a vacation!! :wizard:

54 days, and counting... too slow... :Pinkbounc

58 days for us! :moped: This is our first MNSSHP too. I haven't told DD8, I want it to be surprise. She has no idea why I pushed her to decide on her Halloween costume :rolleyes1
