There are parking lots/garages at Manchester- Long term parking is what we will use and it's $8 a day. There is another lot closer to the terminals and that is a little more expensive. I checked these out on the Manchester airport website. Our flight leaves at 9:00 and we plan on leaving our house at 6:30. The drive for to Manchester is 45 min. I like to be early so that I know there is plenty of time to spare. I guess it's the excitement factor!

needabreak ~ Thanks for the answer and about SWA being customer friendly. I did find the telephone reservationist quite friendly and helpful. I was asking quite a few questions and her demeanor never changed and never rushed me. The one thing I don't like about 737 aircraft is the back of the seat in front of you is practically in your face - Delta Express. I'm hoping SWA gives you a little more breathing space.

JetBlue, according to newspaper article last Sunday, is coming to New England. Logan and Manchester are competing for them. They look like a great airline - leather seats, TV in the back of all seats, plenty of leg room and great customer service - all at value rates. I believe they will be competition for SWA.

We'll be there late August- HRP-DTD, HRH- USO, AsMo-WDW! Should be quite an adventure. Thanks for the heads up on the green ribbon! We take our boys yearly and always took the AA 7:35Am flight out of Logan, then it changed to 10:00 AM, now the only direct flight on AA is 3:15 pm out of Logan! Return is 7PM, getting in at 10 pm- good thing we live 15 mins away from Logan. My friend took SWA out of Manchester NH last year- she had a great experience. Enjoy your trip!
