Who's going in February 2008?

Shhh! I'm secretly planning for Presidents' Week 2008.
I'll let DH know after we come back from our late August trip.

I would expect some crowds. We were there this year during President's Week which coincided with Mardi Gras. Everyone there was from Louisiana - so you should be in good company! We are actually hoping that President's Week will be lower attendance this year due to Mardi Gras not falling that week. Either way, we found this year manageable and got on all the rides. Here's hoping that everyone gets their wish!

I was thinking about looking into another trip the end of Jan - Feb. My daughter turns 3 on 2/2 and I'd really love to "get away" with her being a freebie. I think it would be magical for her to turn 3 in the world.

Guess we'll see how she reacts to it when we go in October first.

My family & I are going February 2 -9, 2008. It will be me, my DH, my DGrandmother, DGrandfather & sister and possibly my uncle. We are staying offsite at a condo through allstar vacation homes.

SO far we're planning to go Feb 10-20ish. We're splitting our stay between Boardwalk Villas and Beach Club Villas. Feb 17 is our anniversary, and we honeymooned at BC. We're excited to stay there on our 12th anniverary with our DS7 and DD4! I'm trying to decide where to have our anniversary dinner. Maybe Le Cellier. Any other suggestions?

We're booked from 2/9 - 2/15 at Pop and we'll be doing the DDP. We went this year at the same time and it was great!!!!!! We missed a snowstorm here at home (NW Indiana) and our DS9 missed 2 days of school which worked out to his advantage. We loved the ddp, crowds and the weather!!!! It sure beats the heat of summer. I can't wait for February!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure we will be going that same week (9-15). That's the week we went this year too. We had such a good time. It was DS's very first time. We will be celebrating our Anniversary again, as well as DS's B-day. Our trip is scheduled for right between those two "celebrations".

I can't wait until the rates come out so that I can book a package and start planning. I noticed that the EMH are out for January 2008. I wonder if they will be the same for February?? Anyone remember from this year by any chance? I like to plan my week around EMH. Once I figure out what days we will be in which park, then I can start planning for my ADR's.

I can't believe I finally get to say this.......WE ARE BOOKED FOR FEB 2008!!!! I even cried a little when printing out the confirmation. (I'm such a sap! )

We are Feb 9-15 Magic your way w/park hopper & dining plan. In 7 days I get to make my ADR's. Need to go start planning which park on which day now so that I can be ready.

So, who else booked??? I can't possibly be the only one.

We have flights and a rental home booked for the 16th-23rd! This will be our 3rd President's Week trip. Keeping my fingers crossed that the weather cooperates so that we can get out of New England!

We will be celebrating our anniversary on the 14th! This past Feb we tried Le Cellier for our anniversary dinner. We didn't have very good service and the food was mediocre. Perhaps at least the service will be better in 2008 since the servers have to TRY to be nice to you for their tips now.
As for the food, maybe we just had an off night or something. It always gets chosen as a favorite restaurant.

Anyway, we are trying something different this time just not sure what yet.

We're going Jan 30 - Feb 5, so since most of days are in Feb I guess that counts.

We're staying at POFQ and have done our ADR's.... I'm so excited!!!!

Now I am thinking Bistro for our anniversary dinner. Drop the kids off and Sandcastle Club, and off we go! I am hearing that the first seating isn;t until 6pm tho, which is a little late. My kids are usually ready for bed by 7:30pm. But the menu sounds SO GOOD!
