Disney has some really great rates for groups of 10+ rooms!!! Everyone can make their own reservations directly thru Disney. The group doesn't have to see one another, know one another, or even stay in the same resort. The only thing you would have to do is book 1 room (at any resort) on at least 1 of the nights I'll be on Disney property July 31- Aug 5. In other words, you can choose your own resort, time, package, etc.
What would you have to do? I will give you a Number directly to one of Disney's Group CM's and you make your own arrangements. You can take advantage of the prices below and meal vouchers (at the same prices as Hotwire Savings Club prices - they will negotiate the price - I'd ask for Hotwire Savings Club prices). You would only have to put down a 1 nights deposit. No kidding. You can call for yourself, ask for Group reservations and ask for their prices.
$64 + 13% for value resorts
$99 + 11.9% for Moderate
$129 + 11.9% for Animal Kingdom Lodge
Polynesian $213 + 11.5% tax
Contemporary $219 11.5% tax
Wilderness Lodge $203 +11.5% tax
