Same here, just a busy signal. Once in awhile I get "all circuits are busy, try your call later..........."

Ugh, I am going the week between Xmas and NY and I hope I can score a restaurant we want for the 6:45pm show.

i just wish i could hear some music. my phone says i'm connected, but i hate the silence. 16 minutes now.

For some reason they couldn't book Le Cellier (the CM said they were having problems with that restaurant), so I booked Via Napoli for 5:45pm on 12/19! Good luck to everyone still on hold!

Last year I tried for 45 minutes before I got through! Then I was on hold for almost an hour! I still got a reservation for 9 people at Biergarten, which was second choice. My first choice was Le Cellier, which I knew I wasn't going to get after an hour and 45 minutes!

Still on hold, 18 minutes later!

I never knew there were multiple busy signal sounds and multiple voices that tell me "All circuits are busy now". If I wasn't trying to get the restaurant my friends want I would call back later today and get what I can get. I've got to get to work.

Can't get through either...trying since 7:06...all busy except one time it rang and my heart lept...only to hear the "we're sorry all circuits are busy..."

I know right? Everytime it does that my heart beats a little faster. . . and then the same message. Glad to hear that some people who have been getting a busy signal are getting in the queue.

I got in 20 minutes ago...wait time of 45 minutes. No hold music! I am going to be late to work - not moving until I get in. Do not want to risk a "dead zone" on the way into the office. I thought we would be able to make these online. Guess not - Disney does not want to crash their networks!

I bet the Disney agents dislike this day as much as we do. We keep trying and can't get through, and they have to deal with all of us frustrated from having to hold, or not being able to get through.

I am on hold too, got in right at 7 and was told "due to heavy call volume your wait time will be more than 30 minutes". I've now been on hold 28 mins. Let's hope for only 2-3 more!

I have been on hold since 7:01, they said 30 minutes. thats coming up soon! I do have music!
