Sun. Nov 6th - A Trapper's Expedition @ Le Cellier Steakhouse

Tue. Nov 8th - Brewers' Dinner @ American Adventure Pavilion

I don't think we are doing any formal stuff. We will do a few wine tastings, and of course stuff ourselves at the food booths... Starting with about four helpings of the stroganoff at the Russian booth. :drinking:

The only "formal" thing we booked is Party for the Senses on 11/5. We'll only be there for a 4-day weekend to celebrate our anniversary, so can't book too much. We're looking forward to just wandering and taking advantage of the free exhibits/presentations and lots 'n lots of sampling!!

I was thinking about Party for the Senses, but my Mom backed out of this trip and I don't think I want to do that solo so probably nothing formal.

booked Party of the Sense for 10/22 today

still need to book an afternoon at SSR Spa for Mystical Forest Wrap and Mystical Forest Massage and at least dinner at Fulton's Crab House. Friend is undecided if she wants to try Sweet Sundays. And i'm leaning towards booking the Sedway Tour. This is suppost to be a "relaxing, mellow" trip but theres so much to do...I feel like a little kid, i don't want to miss anything

Thats a shame Carol, you must be disappointed, Party of Senses sounds really good and we're very excited about that event, seems like you might share table space with other people, so maybe going solo wouln't be that bad.. If your going the 22nd, and see two 40 plus year old women with dark hair your welcome to join us.

10/22: Party for the Senses

10/26: Segway tour @ 9:30 [Non-F&W, but a fun lead-in!]
Food & Wine Pairing @ Coral Reef (Living Seas) 3:00-4:30
Dinner @ Le Cellier @ 7:50 [Non-F&W, but food-related]

10/28: Dinner @ California Grill @ 8:00 [Non-F&W, but food-related]

10/30: Sweet Sundays

We originally signed up for Spirited Ball, but decided, on second thought, we would rather not do it (we're leaving for home the next day; there are too many iffy variables). Also, we were tempted to sign up for lots more. However, we didn't really want to be "burdened" (if that's the right word) by Epcot, the F & W festival, or the possibility of experiencing too much heavy food and drink, along with all of the other drinks and tasting around the WS. We also wanted to leave some room for spontaneity during our 10 day trip. So, this amount of food planning seemed just about right. I guess we'll know when we get there. If we find ourselves saying, "Crud! We should have done *that*, too!", then we'll store that away for future reference.

We'll be in Epcot on Nov. 6th. Any chance you might have a cow bell on you so I might notice you? :flower:

Nope, I won't have the cowbell (but do you really think you could avoid noticing my hair, beard and outfit?).

We will be there Oct 7 - 14. Haven't booked any formal F&W events, but we do have our "usual" Hoop Dee Doo show booked. We are doing Victoria & Albert's for the first time as well. Those are detering us from booking PftS, but I would still like to do it. I am thinking of calling for the 8th, and canceling if need be as we get closer. There is a cancelation window, right?
We have MNNSHP booked for Oct 11 as well.
We will be doing the F&W street activities on a few afternoon/evenings of course!
Can not wait to be 'home' again!

Already an update!

Just called and booked PofS for October 8! Also got the kids into the Sandcastle Club as well. Should be a great evening for everyone!

Don't want to wish the summer away, but I can't wait!!

We're trying the Food and Wine Pairing at Coral Reef on Wednesday October 26th. This is our first "formal" event. I hope we enjoy it!

Kelly
