Who's Buying an iPad?

I want one but I'm waiting for the 3G version later in the month. I'd love to use it as a newspaper and magazine reader, as well as a replacement for my netbook when I travel (which is not that often.) I'd like to read all of my current paper magazine subscriptions on it - Vanity Fair, New Yorker, People (guilty pleasure!) etc. I wonder if anyone knows what magazines will be available or if they are all ultimately coming to an e version?

I'm still devoted to my Kindle DX for fiction reading - I can't read a backlit device for too long without fuzzy vision, so I won't use the iPad primarily as an ereader.

Anyone have any first hand experience?
