Who's at MK in afternoon?

I'm a newbie and just curious. If all the guides and everyone on these boards say to go early to MK, leave midday to go rest at your hotel's pools and then come back at dinnertime, then who is still at left at MK in afternoon, and aren't the pools packed if everyone else is following this schedule?

Lots of us don't do that! We've always went at opening and stayed until closing, since I was 3 yrs. old. I wouldn't do it any other way. But yes, it does get more crowded as the day goes on, simply because some people sleep in, and continue to come into the parks and some people hop in from other parks, etc. I can't answer about the pools, as I've never seen them midday, but the parks get more crowded, but you can still see a lot and really enjoy your time! And a good Dole Whip, but that's another thread... I don't think anywhere near everyone follows that schedule though, but a lot of people have found it to be better for them I guess...

I'm not at any parks in the afternoon, if I can help it. I take advantage of the early openings and late closings of the summer season. I need my resort breaks and a good nap in the afternoon. We try to head back around 12-1 and stay at the resort for a good three or four hours.

I do it the other way around ... I sleep in late and get to the parks around 12PM and I'll usually stay until about 6PM or so.
