Sorry for the brag but I am so excited! I had an interview at work today and I got a promotion to assistant head teacher! I am so excited about my new role and can't wait to develop the ideas I have!!

Great stuff!! I imagine it's much more difficult to get a AH job in primary than in secondary - for example we have about 8 AH's where I work in a secondary school!
