whoo hoo tax refund! Mickey, here I come!

Okay, usually we use our tax refund to catch up on bills.

THIS YEAR, we were all caught up!

So, I am going to go ahead and pay for our 2nd trip. We already booked it with the bounceback offer for December, so now I can pay for it!

I had originally thought I would pay a little on it each month. Now I can put a little each month on a Disney GC for tips and souvies. They actually sell them at Walgreens on the corner!

Congrats, it's a good feeling isn't it? We just did ours tonight and as soon as our refund it's our bank account (which will take about a week) our April trip will be paid for before our 45 day pay date.

I'll probably try to do it again next year. While I know it's the govt holding my money for no interest, we are AWFUL at saving.

We did the same thing. We've gone down a long, rough road these past few years and finally our tax refund is not earmarked for bills.

Waiting for my tax refund too. Should be in the account before we leave on the 11th. I did some overtime just in case. Using to for little extras and pocket the rest for my adult trip to Vegas on the 28th.

We just did our taxes tonight and I am very happy to say that we will be able to pay off our upcoming trip in March plus have enough money left over to pay some bills that have been lingering .
