Whole lobster at Yachtsman?

I've been trolling the online menus, and according to the official WDW website, Yachtsman is serving a whole lobster right now. Has anyone had the honor and privilege of having one? DH about fell over when he saw the menu!

I'd love to know this too. We have an ADR there next month and my mother was squealing in delight over the description.

There was another report from last Wednesday: no lobster.

They had the split whole lobster in March 2011, but not on the menu in April, 2011.

I dined at Yachtsman on Friday, and as reported, no whole lobster...

There was cod for an entree in addition to the scallops appetizer. I took a pic of the menu for my review, but it didn't turn out well, so there may have been more...

Thanks for the info. Since I'm not crazy about cod, I might go with chicken or the filet. But the scallop appetizer sounds great.

I really hope that my meal there will be good. Yachtsman has always been my least favorite signature, but I'm hoping it can knock Citricos (my second least favorite) down to the bottom!

Had dinner there last night and the filet was great! Service was good but weird as my server said that 2 people would be taking care of me but I only ever saw her.

I've never really ranked it that high either, and while we had a good experience, I definitely wouldn't put it higher than Citrico's. I wrote a review this morning of our experience.
