Whole chicken - what can I do with it?

I defrosted a small, whole chicken, and now I don't know what to do with it. Any suggestions?

What about a beer can chicken out on the grill?

if you have a large crockpot -- set something in the bottom (i used a pottery bowl upside down) and place the chicken on top -- point being so the chicken can drip without sitting in the drippings/broth. Prior to this though rub the chicken with Lawry's or your choice. Cook on low all day -- very similar to those roasted chickens you can buy at the grocery. my family loved it
