Lol, so I finally finish the quest and am making my rounds for daily credits...I click on Captain Blackheart and what pops up...well you'll see LOL

Actually it's not a mistake with identity from what I have been seeing. The messaging system in VMK is lagging along with parts of the game. It most likely came up a little late, and around the time you clicked on Blackheart. Also I see you have 31 messages, which you will most likely be getting more from earlier in the day(s)

I guess it must have been the late message thing...just weird that it popped up then! Oh by the way, I just got off the Pan ride and got a pop up congradulating me for finding Gus! LOL I was in the Haunted Mansion Attic over 4 1/2 hours ago!! VMK sure has a sense of humor today!! Love it!!
