Who would your top 5 American Idol picks be?

Hey, give Reuben a point for picking a Disney song to sing last week I thought he sang the song well.

I have a question too: I saw on one of the bio things they like to drill into the show at least every other minute, that Kimberly C. had performed in shows at Branson, MO. as a youngster, and I was wondering, wouldn't this sort of make her a "professional" of sorts? Maybe the rules don't exclude you having ever appeared in professional events, just curious. She does have stage presence and you can tell she has performed prior to all this.

My top five picks are Clay, Josh, Kimberly C., Ruben, and Trenyce.

I'm routing for Josh or Kim C. to win, at least for now.

While Kim C. is not consistent, I think she has a great stage presence and she's definitely an entertainer. I was really sad that they voted Charley off last week, I thought it was Julia for sure. I don't know how she lasted this long. I know Charley's last song wasn't the greatest, but I thought his stage performance and personality would keep him in.

It's going to get tough, the remaining contestants (with the possible exception of Julia, IMO), are all getting better with each performance! I've really enjoyed their group songs too!

Kimberly C is great on stage, but every darn song she sings, no matter what the genre sounds exactly THE SAME! That drives me nuts about her....

I really hope Clay takes it all. He has an amazing voice!

If only disers could vote....... my picks are CLAY, RUEBEN, TRENYCE,JOSH, and........how about someone different than everyone elses,cant decide...i guess CARMEN. dont like kimberly that much...shes pretty and has good stage presence but not much of a voice.

Kendra, a lot of shows are really delayed, but we are lucky some, like American Idol and Survivor are only a matter of days. And it is hard with the www, I have to avoid a lot of places in the days after the US airs a show because a lot of times I see spoilers and it is no fun when you know what happens. That happened with the last Bachelor and I had tried so hard to avoid knowing anything and the spoiler arrived in my mailbox one day on the cover of People magazine!

I see that most of you have Clay as your first pick. While I think he has an AMAZING voice, I actually agreed with Simon (did I say that?) during the Motown week, when he said he thought Clay's song sounded like "Motown on Broadway." I thought so even more last night -- "Country on Broadway." So I see Clay more as a HUGE Broadway star rather than a recording artist.

JMHO! (although he's still my second pick, just 'cause I think he's so talented.)

I sort of assume that you probably know the "genre" of the performances this week, in which case my comment doesn't give anything away. I certainly wouldn't post anything about who is "voted off" in the results show, as that would be an obvious spoiler!

Rueben - great talent and all heart - needs to lose the
shirt to win

Clay - great talent and emotionally faded as of last week
was probably exhausted but isn't everyone else?

Kimberly C - great talent and totally into "being" in each category
clothes and hairstyles change- a real entertainer,
needs to work on pitch

Rickey - has the talent and the heart, sometimes the talent slips

Trenyce - has talent but what is UP with that vibratto? a little too
too into herself, not enuf of an entertainer to get
into the different categories, beautiful woman

Except for Kimberly C, I can't believe I'm agreeing with Simon.
Corey MUST go! He must have SOME voting machine out there.
