Now if we were all in the middle of a lake per say and drowning then I would go for the kids first.
Yeah, I think I will leave my child in a burning building......the guy was NUTS! We are getting a fire ladder to store in her room, it is a 2nd floor and no other way out. All the other 2nd story rooms have lower roofs or trees but hers does not. If you really want to come watch a good show, you can come when the Fire Dept comes to show us how to use it!

I remember when we had our house baby proofed. The guy came thru and we talked about all the different things we wanted to do and we were talking about our smoke detector which is also a heat detector. He said if there was a fire, we should leave DD's door closed, go out and let the Fire Dept get her, it was safer.Yeah, I think I will leave my child in a burning building......the guy was NUTS!
