Who would you email/contact?

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone here could help me- who would you contact/email about some truly disturbing experiences you had at Disney World with CM behavior and other problems with things that happened during your trip?

I'm trying to find out for a friend of mine who went recently... she's always been a big Disney fan also (and her youngest son is Mickey obsessed- so we're birds of a feather so I love him lots. LOL ) but her recent trip there she had some bad experiences with things that went on and specifically some CM's behavior towards her and her family (and friends that were with them there that day) and she'd like to know who to contact to let them know of her experiences while there. Unfortunately the experience was so poor that now she's so upset she said she may never go back, it was that bad. But she feels like someone with Disney should know that this happened to them since their experience with CM's was so different than on past trips.

So can anyone help me with who she should contact or email about her experience?
