well this morning i thought i was going to come and play and now this afternoon i'm feeling really lousy. my belly is hurting so bad right now i feel like crawling in bed and pulling the covers over my head.
what do you think bubba will do? think he'll let me???

go back to bed. Did the Dr said you would be in this much pain??? And for how long? You are over extending yourself aren't you?

i totally am. i vacuumed this morning and then when i was making dinner i reached up for something in the cupboard and i don't think i should have done either of those things. and bubba and i went out this afternoon and did all kinds of errands and i just think it's too much too fast. the dr did say it would probably take 6 weeks before i felt better. i saw him last friday and told him i still have pain and he said i probably would for a couple more weeks. he said they really did a lot in there so that's why i have all that pain. i just want my life back. ugh. i just took a motrin so hopefully it will kick in soon!
so i'm going with no more vacuuming and no more dinner making!!!!! what do you think my boys with think of that???

I think your boys can fend for themselves for a few more days. A dirty carpet never hurt anyone. Put the vacuum away, and break out a trashy novel. I have a few good ones if you are interested.

Oh, and we need a day for sorting the swap stuff. I'm coming over to help, Maybe Tinker can come over too and we'll make a day of it.

I'm about 30 minutes north of NL and Lisa's crop is east of Hartford.

NL is close to me, I drive down there all the time.

OMG....she lives in South Windsor! We are heading up Thanksgiving and I'm putting my niece and sister to work on some charity quilts for the local nursing and veterans homes here. She's not into scrapping. You can call me Tedi or Teddy.

i know they can, it's just me being me. i tend to want to wait on them. it drives my bff crazy. and i just thought i'd whip up my living room and do a quick vacuum but i totally paid for.

that would be fun if tinker could come too!

Po3, as much as I would love to see you Saturday, we better not. Sounds like you are pushing yourself too much and your body is telling you so. Please rest, give your body this time to heal. By the way, I heard one could not vacuum years after a surgery.
