I saw that image in your smugmugg gallery and by the order pictures taken I assumed it was in that general area. Left you a comment.

Now I know exactly where you were, think there were some drinking fountains and benches(maybe even restrooms) coming down from the rapids area.

Yes as you walk past the play area, you come to a set of restrooms, accross from that is a streetline facade that covers the back of a resturant Looks like an old street sceen from the turn of the century.
