Who was there Christmas Day?

We're watching the tv special, and... man, we are all so ready to go back. The kids are loving seeing the places we saw on tv. I do wish they showed more of the parade though.

But just curious who is there today, who saw the show and parade? How crowded was it trying to walk through the park?

OP, it might be helpful to edit the title to reflect which day today is.

We were at DHS yesterday. While standby times were up there, the walkways were practically empty. No bottlenecking.

The show and parade are not live, they are usually taped first week of december however this year they were filmed mid november. I found it interesting the tree was up. I was happy to see the tv show was not the giant come to hawaii ad they did last year but miss the old similar to macy's parade format they did in previous years..

I was at Epcot for christmas it was busy, but no more busy then food and wine time. It was a tad crazy trying to leave at 6pm to get to our dinner at Jiko's.

We went to AK in the morning on Xmas. It felt more crowded than any other park all week. Just did the Safari, lunch at Tusker, the Lion King show and the train to Rafiki's. After resort break did EP for dinner in France. A very nice man handed us a paper any use FP on his way out so we got to ride Soarin again! Illuminations with the holiday tag was my favorite part of the trip. No problem getting out and getting on a bus right after.

We've been here all week and have had an amazing time and have experienced low crowds and low wait times. We have used the early EMH at MK twice and road a crazy amount of rides, then used our fps, ate lunch, shopped and back at resort for rest around 1-2pm. At night we have enjoyed EPCOT and DHS with ease. On Christmas morning we went to AK. Breakfast at Tusker House and then Safari, trails, Everest, Nemo, Primeval Whirl and a snack. Back to resort and then to see the lights at DHS. I was so surprised by the low crowds on Christmas night there, as were the CMs we spoke with. We got to do Great Movie Ride, Star Wars Bay Launch and have fun at the dance party. I really am convinced it's all in the way you tour. This has probably been our most favorite trip of all. It's been super magical!

We went to Hollywood Studios for Christmas day. Did the dessert party, saw the Osborne lights. Then left around eight thirty and headed to MK just to see the castle lit up on Christmas day. Bucket list item checked off :)
It was very crowded, but so worth it. :santa:

We went to Studios on Christmas day and the park while busy, was nothing like I expected. The parking lot was not full. We booked FP's on the way to the park that afternoon and were able to get; Toy Story, Tower & Star Tours with no issues. Following on Twitter I saw Magic got to a Phase 2 then dropped it later that day.

After our FP's at Studios we walked over to EPCOT for our 9:00 pm reservations at Chefs de France for dinner. EPCOT, while again busy ... Was not like it was out of control busy. We walked outside right in front of Chefs and were able to view Illuminations with no issues at all.

Last year (to me) was much worse crowd wise at all the parks we visited compared to this year. I honestly did not think it was super crowded at all where we were. Have seen worse in the summer around Fourth of July than it was on Christmas day. Again, just my opinion based on our experiences.
