Who was looking for a costume design from the ToT movie?

I know I read this on the DIS just a few days ago that someone was looking to recreate a costume from the little girl in the movie. My DD just popped in to tell me that it's playing right now on the Disney Channel. Just hoping that maybe the person who asked is online right now.

I was just flipping through the channels and noticed the movie was on as well. I didn't even know their was such a thing! Was it before, after, or in conjunction with the ride? Does anyone know?

I have a VHS of the movie. But I bought it a few years ago.
It's cheesy, but I like it!
I assume the movie was made before it opened, and they ran together. But I don't know for certain.
I looked an did not see a date on the tape sleeve or video.

Well, I just watched the whole movie and at the very end it does say that the movie is based on the ride. Guess that solves that mystery.
