Who Was/Is Your Planner?

We have Kathleen Reynolds as our planner! She's been fantastic so far We are going through Rosie for floral.

We had Maxine too! She was so awesome!

Amid all the hubbub of the wedding drama, my iPod with all the wedding music got lost, and we called her at about 200am in the morning and they found us the most awesome DJ EVER !! I mean, everyone is still talking about the wedding in my family.

Maxine rocks! She will go to the ends of the earth for you, even if you have a smaller wedding.

And someone up above mentioned they have Rose, we had Rose too and the floral was awesome. My boquet(sp?) was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for better. You guys that are still in the planning stages have soooo much to look forward to; it really will be one of the best days of your lives. PLEASE get a videographer if you have room in the budget for one, that way you can relive your wedding. I had Stan through Randy Chapman, and if they can make my husband smile as much as they did, then they were priceless.

We had Ken Weaver with Laura Kidd for floral. They were both amazing! We did some unusual stuff (and asked a lot of weird, detailed questions) and they handled it all wonderfully. Before our PS I sent Ken a huge email of pictures which he sent out to everyone else. They brought in sketches of ideas, pictures from previous weddings, and ideas of what to rent for decor. It was really impressive how prepared they were (sending ideas ahead really helps!). We didn't have as much contact over the next six months, but that was because it all got done so quickly and easily! And I wouldn't have done it differently!

We went to WDW for a P.S. on New Year's Eve day. The only time we interacted w/Meri before that on the phone was I think when she called to tell me she was our planner (that's when we scheduled our P.S. too). I'm pretty sure we e-mailed a lot in-between then and the P.S. (about P.S. documents, if I could taste the Fairytale Cuvee at the menu tasting, stuff about music, etc.)
