Ok so the person that I speak with on the phone -after they call me back isn't my planner then correct?
Correct. You deal with a sales person first. We had Bill Berchick and he was fantastic. He went over all the basics with me. Met us for a site visit too. We were on the phone with him and emailing back and forth with all our questions. Basically they help you with the when, where, and type of event you want. You sign the L.O.A. and send the deposit with them. Then you get your planner.
Our planner is Michelle Wenzler - Dorr. I cannot tell you how wonderful she has been. She answers her emails immediately, most of the time. Otherwise it's the next day or she'll have her assistant Jesse get back to me. She has answered all my questions and given great advice. I couldn't have planned this without her! I absolutely love working with her. She just get's us as a couple and has planned some really great things. We also met with her for the planning session which was a lot of fun.
I also wanted to add that we have Elizabeth Motoc for floral. She has also been amazing to work with. We met her at the planning session and she was so helpful. She answers my emails right away, answered all my questions, sent me pictures too. She really helped us with centerpieces cause we had no idea what we wanted! She is so wonderful to work with.
We really feel lucky to have been able to work with such wonderful people!
We had Marion Stewart and she was very pleasant to work with!
