SO are the questions all Disney related or general in nature? Are there any websites that tell more about the game. DH is one of those people who wins every game he plays (of course he won't this time) but I figured no harm in preping him! I want to win the big prize;)

My 12 year old daughter placed 5th out of all the people playing at the time. She was so excited

the questions are not all disney related but you will find that some of them are between 0 and 1000 points...after that, the questions get to be pretty much like the real game...
i made it to the hot seat when we were there in july...made it to the 500,000 point question and failed there...got some cool pins and a nice polo shirt for the experience...what a rush!!!!
have a great time and good luck...

If you want to play a Disney question version of the Millionaire game take a Disney Cruise! One of the nightly shows is called "Who Wants to be a Mouseketeer" and it's just like Millionaire with all Disney movies, parks, and general info questions along with ABC tv show questions. You even get 3 lifelines, ask the audience, 50/50, and ask the panel.

My son got picked to play on on February 2000 Magic cruise and if you are under 18 a parent gets to go up with you so I got to go up to. He sat in the hot seat and I was standing behind him. We made it all the way to the grand prize which was a return 7 day cruise for 2. I was able to have my name and my husbands on the certificate they gave us and I just had to pay $499 for my son for all of us to go back. :teeth:

It's awesome that on the show at MGM they give a cruise for 4 people. I can't wait to see the show. This will be one of the new things for us on our upcoming trip in April.

Cathy, that's so cool about your free cruise! Do you know if the MGM prize is for a 7 day cruise? Diana

This is my favorite attraction. There will be a couple of easy Disney questions in the first five set. At one point, most or all of the first five were fairly easy Disney questions but they have appear to have gotten away from this.

There is usually a fairly hard question at the 8,000 point level and again at the 32,000 point level. All of the questions pass 32,000 points are fairly to extremely hard. I have not not made it past 250,000 points yet in six attempts on the hot seat.

For the fastest finger questions, you may consider doing a pre set combination. The times are so fast on this round that it is hard to take any timie to think about your answer. I have never made it to the hot seat on a fastest finger question. Two or three four year olds have made it on the fastest finger question by pushing the buttons at random.

Good luck.

Diana,
I haven't been to the show at MGM yet so I'm not sure if it's a Disney Magic or Wonder cruise. I'm sure one of the experts can tell us. I'm curious too. When we won ours we actually had the choice of either ship but I took the seven day of course!

When I made it to the hotseat on the fastest finger question I picked a random combination and pushed the buttons immediately. When they announced the answers I was standing up before they were even finished flashing up the winner of the fastest finger question. Strategy says.....Pick a random combination and punch it in as fast as you can, for ONLY the fastest finger question.

The prize is a 3 night cruise - on the Wonder I believe - for 4 people.
