Last year, in August (never again) I passed out at the MK on a very hot day. One of the custodians who sweeps Main Street helped my wife by finding help and bringing cool towels for my forehead.
A few nights (I emphasize nights since it is cooler then) we were back in the MK and saw this gentleman. We thanked him for his help and got his name. I then wrote to guest relations asking them to pass on my thanks. I got a nice letter back that they had forwarded my thanks to his management and would be notifying him. I'm sure our letter helped him out in a little way.
