There are so many different numbers floating around to contact the GCH--would it be best if I just contacted the hotel directly to put down a couple of room requests? I just called what turned out to be the WDTC using a number on our reservation confirmation, but I usually don't trust them and didn't even realize our hotel was booked through them since it is room only.

Who do you call to make room requests? Thanks! :)

You might be aware since the policy is the same at WDW. While requests are welcome, they are not guaranteed. So make sure you ask when you check in, but don't expect anything.

I know room requests are never guaranteed, but they are pretty accommodating at WDW, and I figured it would be worth a shot at DL. I really just want a king bed and am really surprised they don't offer it as a room type. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel Disney or not that didn't offer king bed rooms.
