I don't think it is actually changing anything, so I don't expect it to be rolled back. Oh, you can go to
Walmart without a mask now? Half the people at Walmart last week and last month and last year weren't masked, so what difference does it really make to "officially" end a rule that has never been enforced or obeyed anyway? I've been out and about a fair bit today and the mask wearing at the mall and grocery isn't noticeably different than it has been. Most stores still have signs requesting their use, and there share of people ignoring those signs doesn't seem to have changed.
