Who takes P.S. reservations??

I've tried to find a nice list of who takes P.S. in Disneyland, but just don't seem to find one (maybe my searching techniques is off!) I find mention of some/many that people recommend that you use a PS for, but not a list.
Anyone know?

Oh, and while we're at it....what are the characters at the PPH character meals these days? I thought Lilo and Stitch? For what meals?

In the parksL--Plaza Inn Character Breakfast (all other meals are buffeteria style and first come, first serve), Blue Bayou, and Carnation Cafe. DCA--Ariel's Grotto, Wine Country Trattoria and Vinyard Room.

Hotels: I think all the sitdown places and character meals, though I don't know all their names.
The PPH character meal is just breakfast, I believe.

Apparently, some of the Downtown Disney locations, too. I called for PS at Ariel's Grotto last week, and the hold recording mentioned that PS was not available for the Rainforest Cafe, so when the CM answered I asked about PS at the ESPN Zone, and got it.
