Who should I call? Main Disney call center?

1. When we were at Epcot last week, my dh purchased a tie from the store in France (next to the Boulangerie). I was looking at last night, and realized they left a metal security bar on it. Is there a way we can get this off ourselves, or do we need to call the store?

2. Who do I contact to commend some CM's? We had the pleasure of encountering *4* CM's last week that truly understood what professionalism and customer care is all about! I wrote down their names, and I want to say something official on their behalf.

I would probably take the tie to the Disney store and explain what happened. I know some security tags have ink in them. My dad tried to take one off a pair of pants he had purchased once. It left ink all over the pants.

I am not 100% about your nest question however, I think I heard you can email that information to WDW. I also heard it is very good for the cast members if you do.
 
I would give the Disney Store a call and explain what happened. If they cannot help you I would call Disney and ask for guest relations they can help you. They will most likely have you mail it back and return it. That happened to me once at a store in RI and it was frustrating having to drive it back. Disney is always accomodating. Good luck!
