not, the pre-cooked stuff! The only restaurant we ate at that had real bacon was 1900Park Fare. Are there any others?
I'll be watching this thread since I noted on my last trip in December that not one place we ate had tasty bacon. It all seemed to come from the same supplier as it was thin and tasteless. I've had better bacon at Shoney's.not, the pre-cooked stuff! The only restaurant we ate at that had real bacon was 1900Park Fare. Are there any others?
I love bacon, but it's hard to find edible bacon for my palatte in WDW
However, last week we had breakfast at Kouzzina at the Boardwalk Inn and the breakfasts were all delicious. The bacon was good, and we ordered it extra crispy and actually really enjoyed it.
Good luck![]()
I can tell you one place that has positively LOUSY "real" bacon--the Wave. As Sleepydog25 described bacon, it was thin and almost tasteless. Thankfully (?) there wasn't a whole lot of it---
Will add that when Maya Grill had a breakfast buffet, they had absolutely excellent bacon. Can say anything about it now, since they went TS and we haven't been there since the change.
Had the bacon at Kona and Olivia's last trip and tho it wasn't bad, it wasn't memorable either.
I'm sure they do have good bacon there, but if you're at Kouzzina for breakfast and you don't get the chicken sausage, you're wasting your meat side dish.
lol, I agree, my DH had the chicken sausage, and I kept reaching over and sharing![]()
We ate at 1900 last Sept/Oct and it was most definitely the same thin, pre-cooked and fried junk that they have just about everywhere else.
What about the Whispering Canyon Cafe? I've eaten there many times and always thought there breakfast food was great.
