Who Posted About the Teachers Gift??

I read a post yesterday about a great idea for a Teacher's gift. It was a mug, hot chocolate, candy cane, etc... plus a great little poem. Can someone post it here or tell me where the thread is so I can do that for my daughter's teacher??? It was such a great idea.
