Who needs to be there for a Dining Reservation?

My cousin is still sleeping, so I grabbed her an Akershus for her family under my name. I'm not going to be there though, I'll be arriving in Disney later that day. Can she just give my name at the time of checking in for the reservation? Do I have to call Disney and let them know what's up? Or should I attempt transferring it to her name once she wakes up? I don't want to take the chance of losing it- my cousin's daughter is 5 and this is the only princess meal we've found for their entire trip. Thanks!

They don't check IDs or anything at check in. As long as she gives your name when she arrives, there shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure she actually shows up, though, or you will be charged the no show fees.
