Perhaps you might try again? I had no trouble and had to call back again to make a change. I do not have an email (although I accidentallly deleted 2 recently before reading either).
The first time she checked my family profile and she even straightened out too many profiles. She seemed knowledgable and was quite helpful. I had to call again as I was thinking of changing the dates and that CM also found the code and was again very helpful.
