I did the firm CA&WT

Who's next???
 
I generally walk from work to Port Authority (11 city blocks) - this morning I walked to work as well.

It ain't much, but it's something! ;)
 
I did!

4.33 miles on the treadmill. This is how is breaks down:

10 min @ 4.0 mph
31 min @ 5.0 mph (I was aiming for 35)
9 min @ 4.0 mph
7 min @ 2.8 - 3.3 mph (cool down)


Next?
 

I did 20 min Winsor Pilates before work. I look to do something after, not sure what yet.
 
I did Chair Dancing More sit down & toning this morning (Video)
This evening I did 25 minutes on the recumbent bike.

Day off for me today. I did a lot yesterday & DH & I have a busy day planned for tomorrow, so I really needed the rest.
 
I only managed to do the 2 mile WATP. I didn't even want to do that. :o
 
My boyfriend and I rented bikes today and went cycling for an hour on a bike trail. Boy, do my legs hurt!!!!!!!!!! :eek:
 
30 minutes swimming, 60 minute swiss ball class, 15 minutes upper body work.
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 35 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:
 
I walked 15 minutes at lunch time and then in the evening I did my 2 mile WATP tape
