Who made this design

I saw a design and can not find it now. It was a blue mickey head and had pluto in the middle of it, with somebody's name in one of the ears.

If you designed this, I was wondering if I could get that same mickey head but one blue and one green, and for them to have donald and daisy in it, with Brian in donalds and Kayla in daisy's.
