I also like them with a little butter and salt. But I'll eat them totally naked as well.

I love mine with LOTS of butter and some salt. I have yet to try some of the different brussel sprout recipes out there--like shredding them up and sauteeing them. But, one day...

One thing I insist upon is cooking them thoroughly. I don't like them crunchy, I like them on the soft side - tastes much, much better.

I love them but no one else in my family does so I just end up buying the frozen ones in the butter sauce...they are yummy. Also, fresh are good with a white sauce...I think I am having a craving now!

Dh loves 'em. Me--I can take them or leave them. And since I do the majority of the cooking, he only gets them when we have dinner at my mom's.

Yum. I also like the frozen ones in butter sauce by Green Giant. Saves prep time as I am the only one in my family that likes them!!

I HATED brussel sprouts when I was a kid, but as an adult, I love them with a little butter, salt and pepper.

I love them. They're really good roasted in the oven and then tossed with lemon vest.
