Getting some one to do an offiical itinrary will be hard..

my tips.. you are going mid-september.. most of your optional rides will be short waits ( or walk-ons ) Basically most indoors non thrill rides will be no or very short wait... Carousal progress. micky's philharmonic, nemo seven seas, living land.. etc... only exception is if there is storm it pushes people indoor on these rides... your planning will be easy.. Make your FPs when you want, and print out the MDE itineraries onlines... you do not need to be micor planning..plus you're very pregnant.. do halfs days or mid day breaks.... it will still be very hot and humid...

For MK, I would take the train around to fantasy land and start there... then work your way back via tomorrowland. Do the people mover, very nice ,you see a lot and sit... carousal of progess is a nice cool off and we love that attraction. Also mickey' philharmagic... is great.. get FP forPeter Pan flight.. right next door...

Do you have Touring Plans? you can plug those things in on your chosen day and let Touring Plans give you all of the approximate times, etc. It takes me a while to do my own. I can give you advice after you have your Touring Plans set. I love TP because you can move things around to get them to make sense and it shows them on the map. I would say don't go to MK on Saturday or Monday, pick you MK day based on the lowest crowd day and then AK and Epcot from there.

Splash Mountain is closing for refurbishment the end of August.

I do!

Can you post (or PM me) exact dates? I probably have plans that are decently close to those already in my own sets, would just need a little juggling.

Thank you so much!!! Going the week of September 11. Tuesday is AK, Thursday is MK, Friday is Epcot.

AK plan here: https://touringplans.com/plans/print?id=2596185

Read the notes carefully, there's a good amount of information in there about how to swap in/out and work around possible weather. Everything is there except Rafiki, but there are a couple of steps that can be swapped out and Rafiki inserted instead. I added Flights of Wonder because it fit conveniently (will get swapped out if you go to Rafiki) and my family loves it, and I also added Divine at the end -- she's not out for long but she's fantastic if you can catch her. If you don't go to Rafiki and you hate FOW, you can do the Discovery Island Trails in that slot instead.

  • Starts at 10 AM and finishes about 5:15, but there's plenty of room to move things up -- you can easily gain an hour if you drop Nemo out entirely if energy is flagging, and everything after it will just flow forward.

  • The trails are largely bunched together at the end, but that's for a few reasons:

    • It seems like you would want to do more energetic things sooner and less energetic things later, but I find that for kids the sitting still is easier if they're fresh and harder if they're tired out. When I was pregnant that applied to me too.
    • The trails are the easiest to adjust if energy is flagging; you can still do some if you're running out of steam whereas if you've got, say, NRJ at the end then it's kind of all-or-nothing.
  • There are no meals or breaks other than lunch, but I put the walking at relaxed and there's enough fudge factor around the shows etc. that you should be able to do bathroom or snack breaks without any issues.
I'll post the other two later, still tinkering with them.

OMG! I don't know you personally and couldn't pick you out of a lineup but you are officially this pregnant mommy's hero! Major Disney karma points for you! Thank you soooo much!

YOU are my hero. Going to WDW while you are 8 months pregnant.

Have fun!

This is just suggestive, to what I would do based on your goals and having a 2.5 year while reducing the amount of walking.

Tuesday Animal Kingdom (arriving 10:00am)
Make a counter clockwise path around the park starting in Pandora with hopefully a FP
10:00am FP Na'vi River Journey
explore Pandora area
11:00am Africa- Gorilla Trails and Lions
12:00pm Festival of the Lion King
12:45pm FP Safari
1:30pm Lunch in Discovery Island, flame tree bbq
2:00pm Head to Asia
FP Rapids for DH, while you and kiddo M. Trek
2:30pm Head to dino land
spin and boneyard
3:15pm head out for break

This park is tricky with timing now with the addition of Pandora, it's more time consuming. You may have to move things around depending on the FP time, perhaps if you get an early afternoon river journey FP you could shift things up in time and put pandora at the end. But either way try to stick to the circular path theory.

Thursday Magic Kingdom (arriving for PPO at BOG)
Start where it makes sense in Fantasyland because of breakfast. I clumped rides together based on location/distance. Each clump has at least one A/C ride.
8:15am BOG breakfast
8:45am [try to finish up before park opening]
FP Peter Pan
IASW
Carousel
Philharmagic
10:15am
FP Winnie the Pooh
Enchanted Tales
Under the Sea
Dumbo
Casey Jr splash Station
[possible lunch as Gaston]
12:00pm Hop on the Railroad in Fantasyland and head all the way around to Frontierland Stop
[possible lunch at Pecos]
FP Splash for DH
Aladdin or Jungle Cruise
1:30pm People Mover and exit park for break
7:30pm return for HEA

Friday Epcot (arriving 10:00am)[(I assume you will want a break midday), I typically suggest the showcases in the evening hours to beat the heat and better ambiance].
10:00am
FP Spaceship Earth (tier 2)
Nemo and Seas
Turtle Talk
11:15am
FP Land (tier 2)
Figment and play area
12:00pm Head to Showcases
choice 1: have lunch at a booth in Mexico and ride 3 Caballeros
choice 2: have lunch somewhere else and do Mexico Later at night.
1:00pm
FP FEA (tier 1)
[check immediately for Soarin]- I suggest for later perhaps 5:30 when returning in the evening, unless you can get one right away before leaving the park to take a break.

I suggest a break to return around 5:00pm

5:00pm- Return to walk showcases and eat at booths.

This is just a rough sketch, but something I would follow if I wanted to limit the amount of walking. Hope this makes sense and perhaps helps.

OK, there are two MK plans:
https://touringplans.com/plans/print?id=2596447
https://touringplans.com/plans/print?id=2596547

The major difference between them is that one of them has the midday break starting around 12:30; the other has it at 1:45. They both have 5 hour breaks, so it's really just about how far DD can make it without a nap. I prefer the one with the later break as it is a tiny bit less choppy, but I am not the one who will have the cranky pre-schooler so it's not clear that my vote really counts. Both have a couple of extra things thrown in that you can take or leave.

Epcot is here https://touringplans.com/plans/print?id=2596586

I didn't realize until I was making it that this is a plan for Epcot on a Friday during Food & Wine. Every piece of advice I have ever seen says to avoid Epcot on F/S/S during Food and Wine, because it is much more crowded on those days due to local attendance. You might consider swapping AK to Fri and Epcot to Tues if possible; it shouldn't make much of a difference at all in ride times etc but you might have a much nicer experience at Epcot. Also, it will possibly increase your chances of the Soarin' FP, because there will be less FP demand on the park at later hours and so potentially more availability overall.

The Epcot plan is basically framed as:

  1. Spaceship Earth & Seas occupy time until WS opens

  2. FEA immediately, move partway around the showcase eating as you go until about 1:15 when you might need to take a break and digest

  3. Get off your feet for a little bit by taking the boat back to the entrance to WS

  4. Land Pavilion / Imagination Pavilion, depending on what time you hopefully got a Soarin' FP for

  5. Imagination Pavilion / Land Pavilion, depending on what you did in Step 4

  6. Return to World Showcase around 4-ish, working in the other direction this time and taking in occasional attractions until you run out of steam. It says 10 mins in every pavilion, but it will probably be more as the booth lines start to get long -- I've never been to F&W (we're going this year), but word from the blogs is that they are significantly longer in the evening than at lunch. I have definitely seen that with the Flower & Garden booths when I've been there.
If you don't get a Soarin' FP for some time between 2 & 4, then some alternate options are:

  • maybe work a little farther around WS before heading back, then take a stroller nap in the empty Innoventions building, do just the Imagination Pavilion, go back to WS at the UK, proceed around until done, take boats back to entrance again and do the Land Pavilion on the way out of the park (to line up with a later FP time).

This plan gets you back to the WS possibly before the lines get huge, but it might not leave you enough time to digest. OTOH the nap might increase stamina so that you can stay longer.

  • maybe work a little farther around WS before heading back, then leave the park entirely for a few hours, return, do the Land / Imagination Pavilions and the remainder of the Showcase booths in some logical order that matches the time your Soarin' FP is for.

This plan definitely has you standing in longer lines at the booths (although the penalty might not be as bad if you do move to Tuesday), but with a solid rest in the middle of the day you might be able to stretch to the end and catch Illuminations.

I only plan where we will be during the day, where we will eat dinner, and where we are going at night.

Planning the trip out by the attraction is too much for me. Plus I doubt we'd stick to the plan.

I put the park hours and nighttime shows in a spreadsheet in columns to help me decide which days we go where.

I originally did actually prefer to go to Epcot on Tuesday and AK on Friday but Tuesday Epcot has evening EMH and I heard that makes it much more crowded. I wonder which makes the crowds worse at Epcot during the festival...evening EMH mid-week vs F&W on a Friday (given we would start early, not take a break, and drive home by late afternoon)?

If you look at the Epcot plan and chop out the part where you go back to Canada after Land / Imagination pavilions, then I think that's fine. If you weren't planning on making a whole day of it and trying to stuff yourselves silly out of the booths, then I agree that if you're leaving the park by 4ish or so Friday isn't likely to be as much of an issue.
