Who likes Ted Nugent?

I could be wrong, but I think Ted is very anti drug. He might drink a lot, though.

And I agree... Stranglehold is one of the best songs ever made. It is far and away my favorite song by him. Funny thing though is that he is NOT the singer of that song, and he actually fired the singer of that song because in Ted's eyes, the guy was getting too popular because of that song.

All that said, I can't stand the guy on a personal level. But I have seen him in concert twice, before I knew what he was like.

I know Derek St. Holmes sang the song, but he quit the Ted Nugent Band amid internal friction in the band with Nugent. I can't find any source that says he was fired.

And I like his music and his hunting show.

I don't like him. Not just because of his "values", but also because during his shows he uses foul language and does obscene gestures. I'm not into that, and would never pay a cent to watch such a performance.

If all of this is true, he sounds like a person from the political party he doesn't belong to. He would fit in well, in that party.

Oh, no.....the party he belongs to is full of people who preach values they don't practice. Several of its leaders have abandoned their gravelly ill wives; others have cheated while preaching morality. These leaders are still highly regarded in its ranks.

So I disagree. Nugget sure fits and is a fine representative of his party!
