Wow....I still can't believe you leave on Friday! The first four days sounds great....we have an ADR booked for Cape May too in August because I've heard so many good things about it!

I love that you're gonna stick with your mom....I'm so proud of her for even attempting the 5k....I walk 10k every other day, but I hate HATE hate running.....Did I mention I hate running

I love food so I love taking pictures of it I was glad that we were going to dinner with fellow DISers so they wouldn't look at us weird when we took pics of our food I sometimes forget when it comes to snacks though so I will have to remember that!

Today I considered my 5k and I went to the gym and ran the 3.10 miles.... I ran it in 20:24!!!!! This beats my time by a over 9 minutes!

Holy cow! 9 minutes!!! That's awesome! You get a happy puppy for that!

IN 2 DAYS WE LEAVE FOR DISNEY! We are quite excited There has been a lot keeping us busy though! I received a phone call from the woman who was in charge of the Miss Westland pageant I won a couple years ago. I mentioned it on the TR we had going at the time. Well they changed the rule this year and even though I previously won I can compete again I am pretty excited and we have been keeping busy filling out the application and writing the essays. This is more than just winning a tiara The scholarships the pageant offers range from 5-12 hundred dollars!Then yesterday I received a phone call from Organizing America which is a group made by President Obama to get out there and encourage people to vote. I had applied for one of their internships and they called me for an interview. I was offered the job on the spot!!! So once June rolls around I will be working 40 hours a week for them so I will definitely be busy! So that is our big news around these parts and what has been biding our time till Disney.


Now for days 5-8 plans!!

Tuesday May 10

At 9 am we have an ADR at Whispering Canyon Cafe- I really wanted to eat here because we haven't in a few trips and there food is good!

Then we will be heading to Blizzard Beach!-This is the one I went to by myself and I loved it so I am taking the parents back with me!

Around 230 we will head back to Saratoga to get ready for our night at Epcot


At Epcot we will be doing Kim Possible missions and snacking around the World.- I had read on a TR how these women made little countries and they all had to pull them out of a bag and whatever country they picked they had to eat or drink something at well that inspired me to make our own game. We have the countries split into Appetizers, Entrees and Desserts and we will take turns picking a country. Each part of dinner will have two countries picked since we will be sharing all of the food. I am excited to see where we end up eating!


At 9 pm Epcot closes so it will be back to Saratoga


Wednesday May 11


At 9 am is MK's rope drop-We love the rope drop show so we will definitely be getting up bright and early to make it!

At 12:30 we have an ADR at Kona- I loved the breakfast so I am excited to go try lunch there!

Sometime in the afternoon we will head back to Saratoga to swim and relax


After we get all washed up we will head back to MK and ride rides until our Wishes dessert party at 8- We loved the party so we are anxious to go to it again and stuff ourselves on desserts

Then we will be taking a bus to Port Orleans Riverside to watch the Yeehaw Bob show- I have heard good things about this show so it should be a good time!


After the show we will head to DTD then back to Saratoga


Thursday May 12-Last full day


We will be having breakfast at my favorite counter service Wolfgang Puck Express

Then we will be headed to the Animal Kingdom!


At 1 pm we have an ADR for Yak and Yeti- I have wanted to try this place out but we always end up skipping our ADR so I am anxious to finally eat there


Then we will be having dinner at the House of Blues-My parents loved the food their on their solo trip so I am anxious to try it out for myself.


After dinner and some shopping we will head to MK that's open till 11


Friday May 13

Today will be an Epcot day because this is the start of Pixar weekend! Pixar weekend is supposed to include tons of characters from the Pixar movies around World Showcase and Futureworld. We plan on meeting as many of the characters as we can!


After we are done meeting characters we will be having lunch at the Biergarten- We also loved this place and my dad is anxious to go back

After lunch we will most likely roam around a bit then head back to the resort and wait for the ME

We will then be headed home on an airplane so we can start dreaming about our August vacation











So that's our plans! I just wanted to thank you all for following along on our TR! I really appreciate the posts and I am anxious to share all of the adventures from this trip with you all in the next TR! I've been out of a touch for a bit as we try to get The Capell gals ready for their trip!
They are looking forward to meeting you.
In fact, when I asked DD6 what she's looking forward to the most this trip she said "meeting Caitlin" (she loves to hang out with older gals)
and "eating steak at Le Cellier" (she loves that there's steak on the kid's menu).
I am so jealous of you girls but I'll just have to settle for a Boys Weekend at home as we plan Star Wars Weekends in June!

As for your TR, sorry it's over but it sounds like we have another one right around the corner.
The pumpkin man story is pretty funny - glad you had the nerve to ask for a pic though!

Can't wait to hear all the new stories and see the pics!

Aw I am really looking forward to meeting her too! I think we will have a blast on Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain! We will have a lot in common when it comes to food then We didn't get Le Cellier for this trip but in August we are going

I am jealous of your Star Wars weekend! I have always wanted to go during that time to see all of the special characters!

I think doing a TR after a trip has become a tradition

I was glad I asked him for one too I needed to document that DIS Legend meet!
