Who is your "Guide"

People list their guides--but no one seems to have mine!

Does anyone have Kelly Jo Williamson?

Toured with her in 1997--didn't buy. I bet she was a tad surprised when we called a year ago to join!

We also have Linda Streetman who we got as we were refered to her by a friend who also owns DVC. She has kept up on us and our friends. We have even run into her and her husband at Orlando restaurants. She is very good at what she does and personalizes her service. I call every now and then to say hi when in Orlando. She always returns calls and offers help and advice. We have done add ons with her with ease. How Linda can remember all of us, 0ur kids, our jobs etc. is an art and something that makes her successful I am sure. Linda had a baby a few years ago, with one in college too I think!!!! and is still able to take care of her clients. If you need a friendly, helpful guide - ask for Linda!

Carol Ann DeAngelo...nothing but spectacular as far as I'm concerned. She's gone above and WAY beyond the call of duty. And we too have never met :)

Our Guide was Larissa Prendergast. She was very nice. She did tell us some of the borderline stuff (5 in a studio, etc.) was ok but all in all she was not pushy and was very informative and patient.

Anyone have this guide? Also, I remember reading a post that mentioned getting lunch on DVC after a tour...? Yes, No, Maybe?

Here we go...........

Kim Moore is the absolute best. No pressure, very honest. Calls you right back. Gives good advice.

He helped me get my third add-on. Was on the waiting list at BWV, and he encouraged me. Couldn't believe I got it. I wasn't gonna do the wait list at all.

He is like a friend now. Would really suggest anyone interested in in DVC info call him.

We had Byron Helgeson too! I thought he was great. I didn't know about the these boards when we purchased, but after learning the importance of the home resort and 11 month window, I am really thankful Byron talked me out of buying into HHI. After learning about that, he's on the top of my list. Very honest and great to talk to.

Julie is our guide as well and I think she was very helpful to us. We ordered the video and then waited about 5 months before deciding to buy. We finally made up our mind and decided to buy while we were visiting in late '99. Julie worked with me to have all the paperwork done and the closing was a breeze. We got to take the tour as a confirmation and then did the paperwork!

I have Susie Botcher, who always returns my calls promptly!!!
She called yesterday to tell me my deed was recorded. Does anyone know how long will it take to get the papers so I can be official?

We have Mary McCarthy. When we called last October for an add on, we found out that she was still on maternity leave! Wow! Anyway, Kelly Jo helped us and she was great also. We sent Mary a happy new baby card and got to see some picutres of the new kid when we went in January.

Next trip: 9/01 at VWL!!

Bert has been an awsome guide. He's never left us wanting or waiting for a call back. We'll definitetly use him when we purchase at BCV...

Judy Kaufman here. She has been very helpful and energetic!

Byron has been our guide since we called him cold in 1993. We saw an advertisment for DVC on the Disney planning video and just called the number. Byron answered and gave us all the info. We bought the first 190 points without even seeing the property, but we have been to WDW many times before and thought that we could not go wrong. Now with 500 points we have more than we could have dreamed and enjoy our trips "Home".

It has been a few years but Larissa was our guide. She was very personable, helpful, not pushy at all. My wife called upon her for some help after our sale and as I recall she was as helpful as before the sale.
Our experience with her was totally positive.
