Who is your favourite Celeb Chef?

It has to be Gordon Ramsey or Jamie Oliver for me too, there both great chefs but are also very entertaining :)

It's got to be Jamie Oliver ! :)

He's standing up for all the things I believe in and trying to make a difference to how we view food as well as showing us how to cook.
The school dinners campaign was excellent and I hope it will lead to very real differences in the near future around the country.
I think they were right to show where food comes from and if that means slaughtering an animal to eat meat then that's real life.

Gordon ramsey. He's so rude!!! :teeth:

Not that I ever cook!!! A jar or packet for me! LOL

To look at Jean Christophe Novelli! I also think Jamie is great for his passion for food. I also like Gordon Ramsay who I saw in Derby when filming Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares in Derby.
I also like Nigella Lawson and have never had any problems with her recipe.

I'm with you on the James Martin thing ;) No one spins sugar quite like he does..

I actually got to go to Gary Rhodes restaurant on Staurday night and the food was spectacular, I think it had the edge over jamie Oliver's (where i ate a copule of years ago). i do think the way jamie Oliver has revolutionised our thinking about school dinners is worth special praise though.

These are my top 3,

Im a really keen cook and have been hoarding cookery books over the years. Delia was the cook who got my interest going. There just was nothing else at the time and she revived the nation's inteest. As another poster said, her recipes never fail. However I seem to have moved on from then and now I love Nigel Slaters cook books. I have tried so many of his recipes and they always seem to hit the mark. I love Jamie Olivers last book 'Jamies Dinners' - his spinach and ricotta canelloni is fab as is his chorizo soup. I love the twists that Gary Rhodes puts on British cooking so he is another favourite.
Awe, drat...........there are just so many! :)
