Who is the Fuel tank driver on Test Track?

On this past trip to Disney my gf and I got many rides in on TT. After the first couple of times I started looking around to try to pick up on details or hidden mickeys. Well I noticed that when we went past the fuel truck, that the driver inside was a cardboard cutout of someone and that they had put on real sunglasses and a hawaiian lai.
Each time we went past we tried to figure out who it was. I thought it was maybe Elvis, she thinks its Regis..lol

Anyone know for sure?

I have no idea...but I'll ask a CM friend that's a Coordinator in Epcot's Futureworld. I do know that many of the figures in Spaceship Earth are of former US Presidents

I am told, by a friend who once had to walk out of Test Track past the truck, that it's Lyndon Johnson.

I could buy that... Supposedly when they built the SE ride they used many of the face molds from the HoP for the various historical characters in that attraction. They just but different wigs, beards, etc. on them.

Thing is, its not a mannequin or animitronic. Its a just cardboard cutout like the type you find at one of those novelty stores like Spencers. Then they put on a pair of sunglasses and lai.
