I am getting close to this. Not that I have lost a lot of weight yet but the exercising has been making me lose a lot of inches. Some days I will put on pants and have to go look in the mirror because they are so big around the waist!
It was those double-takes that made me decide to lose weight I think the best part though, is that I feel so good that I am trying to get healthy ... and I'm doing it for me! It's the best "selfish" thing I have ever done. And now I like to smile when I look in the mirror 'cause I know the changes I'm making are good ones! And some day, there will be a whole lot less of me to see in that mirror!
I feel that way when I look at pictures of myself. I don't feel overweight, but what I see in pictures is not good. It's weired most people think their fat when they aren't, I think I'm not, when I am!
I am amazed that I don't have a double chin!! I keep trying to produce one when I look in the mirror by pulling by chin back, and I can get a little double chin effect, but mostly it's not there!!!
I had a funny experience today. A client (not the politest person in the world - ever) who had not seen me for a long time came in today and said to me, "I was expecting that heavy woman to be here." I was pleased to tell her that was me! Ha!
